The Goal

The goal all along was to get under 200 pounds. It took all of 8 months, but after losing about 70 pounds, I am officially not in the 200 pound club!

The new goal is 180 pounds. It will take an immense amount of work. This will include healthy eating, cardio and weight training. It is about focus and structure and the desire to achieve the next level. Stay tuned.
